2. Order Status and Tracking


All orders placed between Monday to Friday (except public holidays) will be processed and dispatched from our store within 2-4 working days after payment confirmation. This may vary based on conditions including online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization and order packaging and shipping. An email confirmation will be provided upon receipt of the order.

 

Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If the shipment is returned, an additional reshipment fee will be charged.
